Using the service
Basecamp is a hunt planning tool. You may use it to build, save, and manage hunt plans, training schedules, gear lists, and related notes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for complying with all applicable hunting laws, regulations, and ethics in the areas where you hunt.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Prohibited activities
You may not use Basecamp to plan illegal activities, harass others, distribute harmful content, or attempt to interfere with the app's operation. You may not use automated tools to scrape, spam, or abuse the service.
Content and ownership
You own the hunt plans, notes, and other content you create in Basecamp. By using the service, you give us permission to store, display, and process that content so we can provide the app to you. We do not claim ownership of your hunting plans or personal information.
AI-generated guidance
Basecamp uses AI to help draft plans, gear suggestions, and training guidance. This output is informational and should be verified against official regulations, local conditions, and your own judgment before you act on it. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but ownership of your content remains with you.
Disclaimers and liability
Basecamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every situation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
